Wolf 30" M Series Professional Single Wall Oven S030PM/S/PH WiFi

This lovely high-end unit is so pristine that we initially thought it was unused!  Upon further inspection, we did find signs of use (some residue on the racks and glass and very mild scratching behind the handle).  We believe it was a showroom demo unit, because it was manufactured and installed in 2017, and became available shortly after the new model came out.  The manufacturer said it is shown in their system as still being at the dealer, and it still has a promotional sticker on the front.  Wolf promotes their demo experiences, where you can cook with a representative in their showroom, which is likely why some residue is seen on the racks.
 
No issues were noted during testing, which assessed oven light, saw that temperature continued to rise on all heat settings ("Gourmet" was not tested), reached 350 in a cold room in about 12 minutes, and rose to over 500 degrees.  Wifi feature was not tested; thermometer probe was not located.
